In response to recent changes in the industry, Constellation’s leadership, guided by its Interim CEO Paul Keckley and Board of Directors, is undergoing a strategic reorganization.  This includes adopting a matrix structure to better integrate expertise into projects, increased organizational agility, and supporting cost- effective delivery of high-quality deliverables in alignment with clients’ fiscal and programmatic priorities. The commitment to our team members and high-quality client service remains strong. While the Board searches for a permanent CEO, Constellation continues to support current and new partners, building on its strong foundation for future impact.
