Constellation Quality Health, formerly CCME, is a non-profit health care quality organization and QIO-like entity certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) founded by physicians in 1983. Headquartered in North Carolina’s Research Triangle, we offer an array of quality improvement, clinical review, audit, technical, and consulting services and solutions to improve care delivery, system performance, and patient outcomes.

Constellation Quality Health recently acquired an innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to enhance the connection between health care systems and community-based programs. Our technology supports referral processes, program implementation, data management, and reporting to improve health outcomes across 14 states.


What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in health care and technology, as well as extensive experience in product management. This role involves:

  • Assisting in sales presentations and representing the company in industry events.
  • Working on the product roadmap to drive the development and improvement of our healthcare solutions.
  • Using online tools for training and conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations to onboard and support clients.
  • Delivering live webinars, interactive online training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to train and onboard clients on our healthcare solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining engaging training materials and documentation.
  • Performing product demonstrations for potential clients and providing ongoing customer support and training.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support for customers and users, working closely with developers and other product managers to resolve issues.
  • Staying updated on the latest healthcare technology and trends to improve our solutions and training materials continuously.
  • Collaborating with IT, product and project management, as well as sales and marketing teams for cohesive product knowledge and effective implementation.
  • Occasionally traveling for in-person training sessions, client meetings, and professional development opportunities.


Who You Are

The successful candidate will have experience in health care, public health, social work, or related fields, with a keen understanding of Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, or Population Health.

Our requirements for this role:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in product management, with preference for candidates experienced in working with online products within the sectors of health care, public health, social work, medical care, community health, or population health.
  • Proven experience in product management for a healthcare SaaS solution.
  • Proven technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support for online workflow solutions and databases.
  • Strong background in creating and delivering training programs, with an ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with health care technology, data analysis tools, and EHR systems is a plus.
