Constellation Quality Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Kenneth H. McCosh, CPA as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2025. McCosh has been serving as Interim CFO since August 1, 2025, and now officially joins the executive leadership team in a permanent capacity.
Ken McCosh is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience driving growth, operational transformation, and financial performance across a range of healthcare organizations. His background includes leadership roles in enterprise strategy, transaction advisory, M&A integration, and performance improvement consulting.
As Chief Financial Officer, McCosh will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure strong financial controls, effective administrative and reporting procedures, and scalable systems that support the organization’s continued growth and mission-driven operations.

Before joining Constellation Quality Health, McCosh served as Principal at Wiregrass Advisory Services, LLC and Chief Financial Officer at Alivia Care, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL. He also held senior leadership roles at PYA, P.C. in Knoxville, TN, and Ascension Florida St. Vincent’s Healthcare.
McCosh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida.
