Constellation Quality Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including the CEO.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to Executive Leadership
• Function as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams
• Coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
• Oversee special projects
The Executive Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the ELT, utilizing a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Other duties include project management responsibilities, including designing, planning and implementing a broad range of projects, such as executive level, business development, and compliance. The Executive Assistant also serves as Board Liaison, providing a variety of services, including planning specific events such as board retreats, sessions and meetings; preparing and distributing board and board subcommittee meeting minutes; and assisting board members with travel arrangements, lodging and meal planning.
This role serves as an adjunct member of the Senior Leadership Team.
